A ll House is a proposal for a small and narrow-lot housing typology that gathers together a mix of housing units under one roof.  Every 'A ll House' has an accessible unit tucked under the stack, with a mix of units designed for young people, couples, and families above. Contingent on the neighborhood context and zoning, the maximum build-out allowed without an elevator is achieved.
